What does your Outsourced Paraplanning Service include?
Our full Paraplanning service includes information gathering on your new client’s existing plans/policies, liaising with product providers on your behalf,
fund and provider research, and suitability letter writing.
The alternative is our pure report writing service. Please refer to the Services page for more information.
Is the information I send to you secure?
We will ensure that all data and information received from you is treated in the strictest confidentiality.
What information would you need and how would I provide it?
Once we have discussed the level of service you require, we would need the following documents
Completed Paraplanning Request Form April 2014.
Factfind / meeting notes.
Confirmation of client's Attitude to Risk.
Statement of existing investments for switching.
Transfer paperwork and projections from existing scheme for pension switches.
Research / Illustrations obtained.

How are reports created and sent to me?
Reports are created and sent to you as a Word document, which you can edit and add any additional information ie; soft touches and personalisation.
As the adviser you are wholly responsible for the advice and recommendations made and therefore it is only right that you are able to amend the
report as you see fit.
Who is responsible for the advice given?
Advice given to your client is your responsibility and is covered under your own indemnity insurance. Prestige Paraplanning is not authorised or
regulated by the FCA to give advice. You must read each and every report thoroughly to ensure we have accurately reflected your wishes.
What is TCF?
