What is TCF?
TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) aims to help customers receive a fair deal and to help rebuild trust and confidence in the Financial Services industry
by ensuring that all businesses operate in a way which puts the customer at the centre of everything they do.
There is no one way to ensure that you are treating your customers fairly, you have to decide what TCF means to you and how you can ensure that
you are a customer focused business.
This remains your responsibility at all times.
